“Don’t downgrade your dream just to fit your reality.
Upgrade your conviction to match your destiny.”

If we’re using our current circumstances to determine our dreams we’re selling ourselves short. A dream at its essence is something that exceeds the boundaries of perceived reality. It stretches beyond our current perception. We have to be able to step outside of the status quo in order to give a dream the space it needs to take shape. Dreams seem impossible, but that’s only true if we are considering them from the limitation of our small mind that can’t fathom infinite possibility because it only deals in what it can see, touch and smell right now.

Our dreams ask us to stand on the precipice and fall, trusting the strength of our convictions to sprout wings that will send us soaring. Is that terrifying or exhilarating? Maybe it’s both! It’s our perspective that makes the difference.

We could keep things small enough to fit inside the bounds of our current reality. It’s an option to downgrade our dreams so that they stay within the confines of what life looks like at the moment. Or we could question those limitations. Alternatively, we could push past the confines, disregard those boundaries, and use the courage of our convictions to expand. The choice is ours.
